The travel and tourism industry is one of the most profitable industries worldwide. Do you want to be part of it? This course is an ideal starting point for anyone who wants to pursue a career in the travel/tourism industry.
What will I study?
You will begin by investigating the travel and tourism industry, what it involves, why it is so important and how it has developed over the years. Customer service looks at how you will deal with customers in the real world and you will plan and deliver a welcome meeting for the Resort Operations Unit as you would do if you were an overseas representative. You will learn how businesses promote and market themselves. The UK and European travel destinations topics enable you to study a wide range of holiday hotspots to improve your geographical knowledge, and you will design itineraries for a range of UK customers.

We will provide you with the experiences and knowledge you will need to work in the travel industry and you will have a varied programme of trips and visits both in the UK and abroad. In addition, you will be working with first class facilities and technology to enhance your studies.
